Y&T Luxury Design
In 2009, we at Y&T Luxury Property completed our own, very first exceptional design project, and we have pursued the tradition ever since. In 2013 we celebrated a major success with the Art Residence U Divadla project, whose inspired interiors were even featured in The New York Timesand won an award from the Czech public within the Real Estate Project of the Year 2013 competition.
In 2015, we introduced the pink “Candy Flat”, whose ambassador is the actress Kateřina Klausová. This project had an additional “pink” overreach: part of the money from the sale of the apartment was donated to Pink Crocodile – a kindergarten for disabled children in Prague.
